We begin with a deep-dive discovery session to understand your business, goals, audience, and existing challenges. I ask how you sell, who you sell to, and what is working on your current site and what is not. Everything that follows is shaped by that conversation.
02. Fixed Price Proposal
I turn discovery into a written proposal covering scope, sitemap, deliverables, timeline and the fixed price. That number does not move unless you change the scope, and payments are split across milestones rather than due all at once. You know exactly what the project will cost before any work begins.
03. Design & Prototyping
I translate strategy into design with high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Every visual element, layout, typography and UX flow is crafted with conversion, brand consistency and usability in mind. Three revision rounds are included, and nothing moves into build until you have signed off the designs.
04. WordPress Build

Are you a web designer or a web developer?
Both. I design every project myself in Figma, then handle the web development on WordPress, HubSpot CMS or Webflow. Hiring one freelance web designer and developer means nothing gets lost between a design agency and a build team: the person who designed your site is the person who builds it.
How do we communicate during the project?
We agree a simple rhythm at the start, usually regular check-ins plus updates at each milestone. You always know what stage we are at and what is coming next. You can reach me directly throughout, rather than logging tickets or waiting on a team.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
Yes, completely. You own the website, the design, and all the content you provide. Everything is built on platforms and accounts that belong to you, so you are never locked in and never dependent on me to make future changes.
What happens after launch if I need changes?
Every project includes support through launch to make sure everything works as it should. After that, small changes are easy to arrange, and larger pieces of work can be scoped separately. You are never left stranded once the site goes live.
