I design and build custom Webflow websites for businesses across the USA, from landing pages to full corporate sites, migrations and ongoing support. Every project is a fixed fee agreed before work starts.

Webflow suits companies that want a fast, visually precise website their marketing team can edit without plugins to maintain or updates to install. I design in Figma and build natively in Webflow, using the CMS properly so content scales as the site grows rather than becoming a maintenance problem later. I lead the design and development end to end, so there is one accountable person from first call to launch. Every project is a fixed fee agreed upfront, with three revision rounds and 30 days of post-launch support included.

Nationwide (remote)
Webflow earns its place when design precision and speed matter and nobody on the team wants to think about plugins, updates or security patches again. I plan, design and build Webflow sites from scratch, take existing designs and build them out natively, or move sites onto the platform from elsewhere. Where Webflow is the right choice, it delivers design control and performance with very little ongoing maintenance. Where it is not, I will tell you and recommend WordPress or HubSpot CMS instead, because a platform recommendation is worth more than a sale.

A fresh, modern design not only reflects your brand’s commitment to innovation but also enhances user experience, ensuring your site is accessible, engaging, and aligned with the latest user expectations. Keeping up with design trends helps your site perform better in search engines, adapt to new technologies, and meet the ever-changing standards of web functionality.
Here's the process I follow on new Webflow websites and redesigns. Every stage has a defined output, so you always know what happens next and what you are approving.
01. Discovery Call
We start with a call to understand the business, the audience, and what the website actually needs to achieve. I ask how you sell, who you sell to, what is working on your current site and what is not. Everything that follows is shaped by that conversation.
02. Fixed Price Proposal
I turn the discovery call into a written proposal covering objectives, sitemap, page count, deliverables, timeline and the fixed price. That price does not move unless you change the scope, and payments are tied to milestones rather than hours. Once you approve it, you know exactly what the project will cost before any work begins.
03. Design Concept
I design in Figma, starting with the homepage so we agree the visual direction before the rest follows. You see real layouts rather than moodboards: typography, color, spacing, components and how pages behave. Three revision rounds are included, and nothing moves into build until you have signed off the designs.
04. Webflow Build
With designs approved I build the site natively in Webflow, structuring CMS collections so content scales as the site grows. No templates and no marketplace themes. The build covers responsive behavior across devices, page speed, technical SEO and accessibility, set up so your team can publish and edit pages without developer involvement.
05. Testing & Launch
Before launch I test across browsers and devices, check page speed and accessibility, and set up redirects so existing search rankings carry across. You get a CMS walkthrough and handover documentation, then we go live on an agreed date.
Has been a pleasure working with Mike. He did a fantastic job combining high-quality design with strong front end development (which I understand is rare), and has nicely balanced meeting our (detailed and frequent) requests with ideas of his own. Would strongly recommend him to anyone wanting to work with him.

Mike was extremely creative and did a very thorough job of understanding our product and market before building a website that matched our needs and mission. He was very flexible with changes that came up throughout the process and does an awesome job of creating web animations (pulsing nodes, moving components, etc.) that added vibrancy to the website. All in all, very creative, patient, and great execution!

Mike is a talented developer and designer that went above and beyond for our recent website project. He’s very easy to work with and always came up with solutions – nothing was too hard for him. I can’t recommend him enough!

Mike did a great job on our HubSpot site. He worked to a tight schedule, interpreted the design brief we gave him really well and came up with a compelling design. He then delivered the finished product to schedule, working quickly to make any requested amends and add/change functionality. Really impressive work and Mike would certainly be my first choice for any similar work in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Mike on our music conference website. He went beyond what we needed him to do in order to create a beautiful new website which meets all our needs. We would definitely work with him on future projects.

Mike delivered exceptionally high-quality work. The design conveys the brand message and there were very few errors in the final platform. Despite several challenges outside their control, Mike was able to deliver within the condensed timeline.

Most common questions my clients ask
How long does a Webflow project take?
Most projects run 4 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch. A focused build with a defined page count sits at the shorter end; a migration with multiple stakeholders and content restructuring sits at the longer end. You get a timeline with milestone dates in the proposal, and payments are tied to those milestones rather than to hours worked.
Why Webflow instead of WordPress or HubSpot?
Webflow suits companies that want design precision and speed with almost no ongoing maintenance: no plugins, no updates, no security patching. It is a strong fit for marketing sites, SaaS and B2B brands where the site changes often and design quality matters. It is a weaker fit if you need deep e-commerce, complex membership functionality, or tight integration with a marketing platform you already run. I build on all three, so the recommendation you get is based on your requirements rather than on what I prefer to build.
Will my team be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes, and this is a large part of what you are paying for. Pages are built with reusable components and CMS collections, so your team can publish new content, add case studies or blog posts and edit copy without touching the design or breaking layouts. Every project ends with a training session and handover documentation.
What does Webflow hosting cost, and who owns the site?
Webflow hosting is paid directly to Webflow, typically a few hundred dollars a year depending on the plan and traffic, and it covers hosting, CDN, SSL and backups. The site is built in your own Webflow account, so you own it outright from day one and there is no dependency on me to keep it running.
Can you migrate our existing site to Webflow without losing search rankings?
Yes, and this is planned before anything moves. URL structure, redirects, metadata and page hierarchy are mapped as part of the project, so existing rankings carry across to the new site rather than being rebuilt from scratch. Technical SEO is included in every build, not sold as an extra.
Why work with an independent consultant instead of an agency?
With an agency you get a team, and usually an account manager between you and the people doing the work. With me, the person you speak with on the first call is the person designing your site and building it. Fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and no layer of project management in your budget.
How do we communicate during the project?
Async by default, using a shared project board where every task, question and approval is written down and visible. Scheduled calls at key milestones, and I aim to respond to messages the same working day. This is deliberate: documented communication is what keeps fixed-fee projects on scope and on schedule, and it means nothing important lives only in someone’s memory of a call
